The MAXxEMV IIS Light functionality enhances customer service and lowers the risk of card being misused during the transit & saves the dispatch cost. Personalization of debit & prepaid cards can be achieved using the Instant Light application. It typically takes place at distributed customer service points where card requests are received, such as bank branches and retail outlets and is performed using desktop card printers. MAXxEMV IIS Light connects desktop card printers to print card holder name, enabling banks to instantly issue pre-personalized EMV chip cards to customers at branch. Solution allows card holder to select the desired PIN so that memorizing the PIN is easier for the card holder. Issuer can activate the card and handover to the card holder for the immediate usage.
Issuer branch receives fully personalized EMV cards except card holder name on top of the card. As per the customer request branch operator can personalize the card and issue to the customer instantly. Branch operator card request, branch manager approval, central office approval, central office processing of data & personalizing batch of cards, physical dispatch of cards, reconciliation of cards at branch level is automated through well-defined process.

MAXxEMV IIS Light instantly carryout personalization of the card at branch in a secured manner using different layers of security. The solution is independent of the machine. Architecture of the solution is defined in such a way that no changes required irrespective of the machine to be used for card holder name printing. Modular based architecture powers plug and play of the software.
The solution is module based and can be easily plugged in to the issuer environment without major changes. Issuer can enable or disable the PIN selection / Generation module based on the requirements. The client application at branch level interact with the machine for card personalization and updates the personalization status in the database. The reporting module enables the issuer management to review the card personalization statistics by product wise or based on search criteria. MAXxEMV IIS Light comes with the inventory module where complete automation of branch operator card request, branch manager approval, central custodian approval, shipping and receipt of cards & reconciliation process takes place.

MAXxEMV IIS LITE MODULES
MAXxEMV IIS Lite Web GUI enables the user to configure the issuer, products, template, data preparation, branch management and chip personalization configurations. Access to the specific module for a user is based on the group which he / she associated. The user management is carried out by the system administrator, who is responsible for creating users with the specific roles.
The MAXxEMV IIS SFTP/Web Services Engine enables the solution to support secure file transfer for batch mode and/or Web Services for instant secure record transfer to the platform.
− Secure File Transfer Engine communicates with Issuer’s SFTP sever and download files to a local server for processing
− Secure web service can call by Issuer’s CMS for automated data push
